What’s Covered:

We offer a Lifetime Plating Warranty on all our demi-fine jewellery so your pieces stay as fearless as you are.

Claim Steps (Simple AF):

  1. Click a pic of your tarnished piece.

    -Your Order ID
    -Clear photo of the item
    -A short note claiming your RazeShield warranty

     

     

  2. Self-ship it to us at:
    F-542, Rajhans Synphonia, CB Patel Road, Abhva-Althan, Surat
    (Don't forget to share courier tracking with AWB number!)

Store Credit You'll Get:

Time Since Purchase Store Credit (% of Invoice) Discount Code
0–6 months 50% RAZEFIFTY
6–12 months 25% RAZETWENTYFIVE
12+ months 15% RAZEFIFTEEN

Store credit is valid for 6 months from the issue date.

Not Covered (Real Talk):

  • Regular wear & tear damage

  • Any third-party alterations

  • Mishandling that breaks zirconia or stones

  • Missing crystals or stones

  • Luxury handcrafted sets (we baby those differently)

Breakage Warranty (Oh Snap!):

  • If your piece breaks during normal use, you still get 15% back as RAZE cash.

  • Redeem online or offline within 6 months with code RAZESNAP.
